Designing a home that is not only functional but also stylish is a real challenge. Nowadays, it is very easy for you to be overwhelmed with the access to a huge mass of designs, colours and a variety of architectural materials how can one possibly decide?!

In many instances, if the various elements have not carefully selected and composed, it produces, instead of a house with a sophisticated appearance, a chaotic and incoherent home. Fortunately, our architects today have extensive experience in creating modern designs that are both detailed and restrained. Let's take a look, inside and out, so you can see their genius for yourself…

Garden facade

Now, you can see what this modern property looks like on the other side. Just as impressive as the front face! On warm summer days, there is nothing better than relaxing in the sun. For this reason, the designers have decided to prioritise outdoor living, allowing for full relaxation in the fresh air.

Front facade

Novel solutions and unique finishes are two features that set this home apart. Each element, which makes up this sophisticated design, has an unmistakable spirit of modernity. The combination of monochromatic shades with natural wood is a real bull's-eye when in comes to contemporary charm. This home may just be your dream home…

The interior

Stepping inside of the building, and taking vantage from the entry threshold, we can see that we are dealing with a very elegant arrangement. The large open-plan and double-height living room is a place where family and friends can relax, gathered around the fireplace in cooler months. It is a very charming area and inviting area—you'd never want to leave!

The kitchen and dining

In the know when it comes to current trends in interior design, they decided not to separate kitchen and dining area with partitions, but, instead, leave them open. This adds to the feeling of spaciousness throughout the interior. White, shiny floors and walls in the same bright-white are the perfect backdrop for the stylish furniture incorporated in these areas.

The bedroom

The bedroom is a place where, after a hard day at work, you can recline into a good night's sleep. Steering away from bright colours, because they do not have a positive impact on the regeneration of our body, the bedroom, instead, opts for the same bright white and neutral colour palette we have seen elsewhere in the home. A large, comfortable bed, a bedside table with lamp, and subdued shades is a simple recipe for the perfect bedroom that will allow us to completely relax.

The ground floor plan

Here, we can see exactly how individual rooms are arranged relative to each other. The architects have carefully planned the entire spatial arrangement so that there is an excellent flow between spaces and functions.

The upeer floor plan

Now, we can see some of the hidden nooks and crannies of the more private upper level. Here, the planning arrangement is more cellular. In addition to locating the bedrooms and bathrooms, there is also access to the terrace, which allows one to take in the picturesque surroundings.
