Elegant decor

We are greeted in the house by this beautiful living room. The entire design of the space tends towards being minimal with an elegant color palette dominated mostly by shades of white and teak. The L-shaped sofa offers ample seating space and with it's dark gray shade further adds on to the elegance of the living area. The credenza looks sleek and offers enough space to accommodate the TV as well as other electronic equipment. Lastly, the various abstract paintings that grace the wall look splendid and add a nice artistic touch to the minimal and classy ambiance of the space.

Peaceful reading space

Designed as a small reading area, this corner of the house is an excellent space to grab a book and be lost in it for hours together. The entire setting benefits greatly from the window that allows in beautiful sunlight as well as offers views of the surrounding nature. Further, the cabinet adds on to the comfort of the reading area by providing ample amounts of space to store books as well as other interesting antiques.

Creative partition walls

Instead of wasting space by constructing a brick wall, the architects have creatively fabricated a partition wall by using perforated metal sheets. The design of the partition looks very futuristic but in fact is extremely simple to achieve.

The dining area

The dining table is positioned conveniently on the other side of the metal partition. The table as such is sleek and minimal in its appearance with solid black legs, a sturdy wooden top, and four comfortable chairs to surround it. The three hanging light bulbs look trendy and are efficient in illuminating the space considering the lack of natural light around the dining area. Lastly, we also liked the two paintings which look extremely artistic and play a big role in lighting up the ambiance of the entire space.

A space to unwind

The bedroom follows the same design language as other spaces in the house. Finished with a coat of white, the space looks bright and spacious courtesy the wonderful sunlight that is available almost throughout the year. Considering that the summers get extremely sunny, the architects have also provided the windows with simple roll down shades that can be adjusted at the discretion of the user. Further, the teak furniture occupies just the right amount of space in the bedroom and provides ample of storage space to accommodate the TV as well as other electronic equipment.

The walk-in wardrobe

In spite of it being designed in an extremely tight corner of the house, the walk-in wardrobe offers its users ample amounts of space to accommodate the huge inventory of clothes, shoes and other personal gadgetry. The storage cabinet is consciously designed to be with open and closed compartments in order to achieve higher flexibility of space utilization. Lastly, we also liked the lighting design that is inbuilt with the cabinet shelves which illuminates the space as well gives it a very sleek look.

Sleek bathroom with a bold backdrop

Designed with a bold backdrop of dark gray, this toilet looks stunning courtesy of the combination of the gray walls and the white fixtures. The mirror that runs across the length of both the walls creates a nice optical illusion which makes the space look much larger than its actual size. The conveniently positioned light further ensure that the users get the best experience when they face the mirror irrespective of the time or exterior conditions.

Fit for the chef

In continuation with the black and teak combination, the kitchen is provided with glossy black piccolo mosaic tiles that contrast excellently with the granite cooking counter top as well as the teak storage cabinets. The U-shaped layout of the kitchen offers its users the best space utilization as well as enables the architects to provide ample amounts of storage space for the huge inventory of kitchen equipment.
