If you dream of having a spacious home for your family, it all begins by choosing the model that works best for you. A good professional team managing your home’s construction will take care of everything for you, but you will still need to specify how you want the home to look. For this reason, it is useful to have plenty of examples to choose the most suitable model for you and your family.

With this in mind, today we’ll introduce you to six fabulous detached houses and their plans; providing some inspiration and hopefully helping you to decide how you would like your future home to look. Let’s get started…

1. A modern family home with classic design elements

This two-storey model with large windows, a pitched roof and a charming little patio appears almost as a modern take a on a fairly classic home design. Understandably this is a popular choice of home, as it’s so quintessentially family orientated.

Plan-A

The house has a closed area of 200 square meters in total, as well as a large garden. Here we can see how the dining room, the living room and the bathroom all fit together.

Plan-B

Here we have the top floor with four spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom.

2. A dreamy villa with a wonderful terrace

This is a dream house with a garden, terrace and spacious interiors. The most notable feature of this modern design is the large terrace on the second floor. There’s so much potential with a terrace this size, for example you could decorate a corner as an open-air kitchen and have fun with barbecue parties.

Plan-A

Here we have the ground floor plans, and as we can see the living room, kitchen and bathroom are all quite spacious.

Plan-B

Again, the second floor has spacious bedrooms as well as the vast terrace of course.

3. Stunning modern design

Number three on our list is an eye-catching example of modern design; the ultra-modern home has a modest, simple appearance from the façade, but inside it’s anything but. It has a large garden, the perfect patio and a swimming pool too!

Plan

A look at the above plan gives us a glimpse at the interior that has a wonderfully intricate and fluid design.

4. A Turkish delight

This stunning home mixes a modern white façade with rustic style stone walls for an impactful appearance; on top of that there’s a magnificent view too!

The plans

The plans above provide us with a detailed look at the home’s interior.

5. Practically a palace!

If you dream of a grand family home, them this may be the option for you. This property has a large garden and splendid interiors, but as you may expect it’s also higher up the price scale.

Facade views

Here we have a look at all sides of the home’s exterior, and it also gives us a better sense of the scale of the house.

Plan-A

The home boasts quite a complex and unusual interior.

Plan-B

Here we have the ground floor plans, featuring a large terrace, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom, as well as lots of lovely open space.

6. A spacious modern villa

You could perhaps describe this home as having one and a half storeys, with a ground floor and a small attic-style space.

Facade views

Here the façade views give us a three-sixty perspective of the property.

The plans

Looking at the detailed plan we can see that the house has pretty spacious rooms. Although the interior layout seems a little complicated, you can see from the photos that it’s a very functional and well thought-out design.
