Built for a young couple with a five year old kid, our today's apartment is a compact residence with an open plan living room, a master bed room, and a kid's room. The apartment is provided with some creative colour combinations as well as displays some intelligent space planning thanks to our experts at Partnerdesign. White coloured elements and wood form the major chunk of the house along with some smart black and grey coloured additions to give the spaces a nice dynamism. Apart from this, the architects have also paid considerable attention to the quality of natural as well as artificial light in all the spaces.

The lounge space is provided with a nice off-white coloured sofa that can easily accommodate at least three members. The sofa is positioned in a way that it faces the television screen which is in turn provided with a sleek white coloured credenza. Further, the sofa is also provided with a circular centre table for additional comfort.
The living and the kitchen areas are the part of the same space and are divided by a short stub wall along which the sofa is aligned. The wall not only divides the space effectively but also provides a setting to install the cooking counter of the kitchen.The open plan layout further allows the person who is cooking a perfect view of the television set.
The dining space too form a part of the living area and is provided with a circular table surrounded by four comfortable chairs. The space is further enhanced by the creative wall paintings that are positioned on the sleek wall ledges.

The wooden counter contrasts wonderfully with the white coloured storage shelves as well as the grey coloured flooring. The main bedroom is provided with a large bed which allows the users a perfect space to unwind after a long hard day at work. Apart from the light fixtures and the elegant upholstery, the architects have installed a lovely flower themed wall paper which adds a wonderful soothing touch to the entire space.
The bathroom follows the same design language as that of the living space with wood and white coloured elements being the primary features. The space is further provided with a couple of counter top basins mounted on a granite counter which has decent storage space below it. Apart from this, we also loved the charming wood themed tiles that offer the perfect contrast to the mirror as well as the basin counter.
