The Linea series demonstrates how to combine different styles and inspiration in a single house or bathroom. The countertop washbasin is extremely pragmatic but, at the same time, it is a vision of an undulating and fluent motion which, similar to a waterfall, flows slowly down from the background of the wall at a place offering a hideout from everyday’s buzz. The stand-alone washbasin, much like a contrasting addition, is a classic bowl supported by a single base shaped into four sections resembling the roots of a big tree. Classic, square tiles with meanders of lit lines seem to emphasize that we are in the bathroom – the place of purity and quietly flowing water – also hinting at its transitive nature.
