Nagao Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed "INDIGO METAL", an aluminum dyed with indigo dye produced in Tokushima Prefecture, which is known as the home of indigo.
"INDIGO METAL" is a new Japanese material that combines the warmth and softness of the traditional Japanese plant dye "Ai" with the sharp texture and formability of aluminum.
Utilizing the deep color of indigo and the high formability of aluminum, it can be used in a variety of applications, including panels for IT equipment such as PCs, accessories, and building materials.
